Thank you for your interest in my practice!

I am deeply passionate about fertility, perinatal care, digestive and hormonal health, as well as treating chronic headaches and jaw pain. I also hold extra certifications in pelvic floor therapy and facial rejuvenation acupuncture.

In keeping with the foundational naturopathic philosophy, I have a keen interest in getting to the root cause of your health concerns. My practice is centered around my belief that: patient education is key to success. As well as a primary care provider, I aim to be your teacher and advocate, as you navigate your health journey. I’m eager to work alongside your other healthcare providers to ensure that you have the most comprehensive and effective care.  

I studied naturopathic medicine in British Columbia where I developed a fondness for all things natural—namely herbal teas, tinctures, and the odd dip into a natural hot spring or glacial river in my birthday suit.

Now that I am back in Toronto, I still enjoy blending custom herbal preparations for patients, but I have swapped out the hot springs for long walks through the many parks around Little Portugal—often with a decaf cappuccino in hand.

I believe that balance is key to success when it comes to addressing lifestyle changes. I aim to meet you where you are at, so that together we can create a plan that will be sustainable for you.
